Introduction
Let’s face it, the world can be a pretty dark and depressing place. We have The Walking Dead to prove that point. However, there are times when things turn around and you find yourself in the middle of an absolute joy fest. If you want to know what the five most happy things in the world are (and why they make us so happy), keep reading below!
YOU ARE STILL YOUNG.
You are young. You can do anything you want to be. You can change your life and your future, and then maybe even the world! Your youth is an opportunity to do things you wouldn’t think of doing later on in life, when responsibilities weigh down on us: traveling to new places and learning how other people live their lives; trying new things like sports or music lessons; starting a business; taking risks that might seem too big if you were older.
When I was younger I thought that when I grew up everything would be easy – finding a job, making money, buying food for my family… But now that I’m older it turns out that there are many challenges (some of them aren’t even related with money!) And there’s always something unexpected happening around us which makes life harder sometimes than we expected it would be at some point – this is why we need more energy than ever before!
YOU’RE ALIVE.
You are alive. You are breathing. You are living. These are the three most important things in the world, and you have them all!
You can be anything you want to be: a firefighter, an astronaut or even president! You can do anything you want to do: go on adventures with your friends or learn how to sing like Taylor Swift or dance like Beyonce—all of which sound fun!
And here’s my favorite part about being alive: no matter what happens in life (even if it seems bad), remember that at least there is one thing great about being alive—YOU’RE ALIVE!!
IT IS NOT TOO LATE TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE.
It is never too late to change your life. You can start today, right now. Change takes time, but it doesn’t have to take years. If we all did a little bit more every day, the world would be a much better place. Each of us has the power to make a difference: in our own lives and in those around us. This is something I have learned from my own experience—and from the experiences of others who have found joy and happiness despite difficult circumstances and challenges along their journey through life.
YOU CAN BE IMPORTANT AND MATTER TO THE WORLD.
The second thing I want to share with you is that you can be important and matter to the world. Maybe it sounds too grandiose at first, but let me explain. If a stranger on the street stopped you and asked what makes your life worth living, what would your answer be? How do you make a difference in this world? It’s not just about being happy yourself—it’s also about how your happiness affects other people.
The third thing I want to say is that everything in life has its own value. Nothing is worthless or useless; everything has its purpose, even things we don’t see as useful at first glance (like cleaning supplies). And there are always ways around difficult situations! We just need open minds to find them!
YOU CAN CHOOSE WHO YOU WANT TO BE.
You can choose to be a good person. You can choose to be a good friend. You can choose to be a good family member. You can choose to be a good neighbor, or even just someone who helps an old lady cross the street every once in awhile. We all are given the gift of choice, and with it comes responsibility: we have the power to make our lives meaningful by choosing what kind of role model we want ourselves to become for others, or even just by showing them kindness when nobody else will.
With this power comes great responsibility—but also incredible joy!
When you are happy then you will be happier do something good and be happy
When you are happy, you can be happier. That sounds confusing but it’s true. When you are unhappy, you can be unhappier. That sounds confusing too but it’s also true. The key to both happiness and unhappiness is how you react to your circumstances while they are happening and also how much control over your life do you feel like you have when they happen?
The choice is yours!
Conclusion
So, if you want to be happy, start by doing something good for yourself. Then do something good for the world. And when you’re feeling really happy? Show it! It’s okay to smile more often than frown because that makes us more attractive and gives others hope as well. The world needs more happiness so let’s spread some around while we’re at it!
